More specifically Lahaina and the Kaanapali and Kapalua beaches
Food
Tin Roof Maui – really enjoyed the food here, but I missed the poke, I hear you have to get there early.
Island Press Coffee – damn good coffee
Lahaina Fish – not amazing, but cute, spot good food, not a crazy wait, good staff.
Tamura’s Fine Wines & Liquors Kihei – really good poke for such a random little liquor shop.
Foodland – small supermarket chain with a great selection of poke
Duke‘s – a Hawaiian classic. is the food good? Eh, but it’s a good location. Also available in Kauai, Waikiki and Malibu. Order the hula pie early.
Mana Foods – what a great, cute little grocery store.
Activities
Snorkel at Blackrock – can pick up snorkel gear at Boss Frog’s
A sunset cruise perhaps? – we did a little dinner sunset cruise. it was pretty good. they fed us, gave us good drinks and PLENTY of them, and a special thing for our honeymoon.
Hotel
Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Maui – loved it, great location, beautiful room, staff TOOK CARE OF US, and they have penguins. Amazing. Only negative, pretty busy pool area, no hot tub.
Also stayed at the Andaz Maui, and basically didn’t like it. Too bougie. Also if you wanna get a Hyatt Card… get it.
